Brian is a seasoned innovation strategist and leader, organizational designer and change manager. He honed his capabilities in Silicon Valley building internal innovation capabilities, governance structures, and organizational infrastructures for Fortune 500 and 100 companies. He returned to Canada to start a boutique innovation strategy firm to help organizations build new or reinvigorate existing innovation capabilities.
