Charles is our Global Digital Leader for Buildings + Places. He has more than 15 years of experience driving digital and business transformation efforts for Fortune 100 companies across a variety of industries. Prior to joining AECOM, his most recent focus was geared towards building a sustained digital and product management focused capability within ExxonMobil's Environmental & Property Solutions organization, with a specific focus on enabling their Commercial Real Estate Strategy, Facilities Management & Operations, Environmental and Global Projects functions. In the last few years, he solidified ExxonMobil's place as a strategic thought leader in the property technology and smart building space, by focusing on business outcomes, value generation and foundational investments in capabilities that span business functions. His vision, coupled with a keen ability to execute, allowed ExxonMobil to fundamentally transform the way their group delivered value across the organization.
