As a proven leader with 37 years of experience successfully delivering solutions for complex projects in the public and private sectors, she is dedicated to serve as a trusted advisor to clients such as the City of Dallas, Dallas County, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). She also actively partners with community-based organizations to develop resilient solutions for Social Infrastructure.
