Jason is the global lead for Research, Development + Innovation for the Buildings + Places business at AECOM where he directs the Innovation Laboratory initiative (iLAB). He focuses on leveraging the intersection of building design, technology, finance, and policy to deliver high performance and sustainable design solutions that reduce both embodied and operational carbon. Jason’s work has been funded by the National Science Foundation, Department of Energy, National Renewable Energy Laboratory, New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, and the American Institute of Architects and has won numerous awards for next generation building systems design.
