Matthew is an Urban Planner with over 25 years’ experience specialising in place-based approaches to land use planning, urban renewal and development facilitation. Matthew understands the intrinsic value of social infrastructure to provide liveable communities and also act as catalysts to transform precincts and cities. He has extensive experience in strategic plans, master plans and business cases for open space, community facilities and sport and recreation venues and works closely with clients to determine service need and develop co-designed outcomes that unlock wide-ranging benefits and manage complex community issues.
