Stephen Gleave our cities director, based in Manchester UK is an award-winning town planner and urban designer with continuous success working in planning consultancy and the public sector for over four decades. He is passionate about the role placemaking plays at the heart of delivering equitable social infrastructure and brings an unwavering commitment to quality urban design and infrastructure delivery.
Stephen is an influential, highly effective and respected member of the industry and has delivered many key placemaking projects across Greater Manchester with notable influences in Oldham, Salford, Bolton, Manchester, Tameside, Trafford and more recently in Wigan, Bury and Leigh.
Town center mixed use regeneration, housing renewal and new homes delivery sit at the core of Stephen’s expertise. His work with Stockport Council to establish the brief for Town Center West informed the vision for the first Mayoral Development Corporation with the ambition of creating the “newest, coolest, greenest” neighborhood in the City Region.
