With more than 35 years of experience, Steve is the managing principal for AECOM’s sports design studio in Glen Allen, Virginia, and has spent the last 20 years specializing in the sports facilities market with a particular focus on collegiate projects. He is an expert planner, programmer and designer known for delivering innovative solutions with a focus on designing a great atmosphere and experience for athletes and fans that emphasize connectivity to the local community and create added value for the ownership. As a planner, programmer and designer, Steve has worked on a wide range of new construction and renovation projects, including football and soccer stadiums, arenas, baseball and softball stadiums, recreation + wellness centers, tennis centers, indoor tracks, natatoriums and practice facilities.
