Working closely with air force leadership, we identified priority physical and digital R&D focus areas and developed a portfolio approach to mission-based activities. A resource driven implementation model was created that allocates interdisciplinary partnership teams to a portfolio area and then defines study, development, and response times for specific missions. A feedback loop ensures lessons learned from all missions are used to inform subsequent operational activities.
Leveraging this integrated real life learning model, Madera Cyber Innovation Center will increase its ability to graduate the brightest and the best with the foremost digital skills to improve and protect the United States. Simultaneously, this approach supports public-private partnerships in research and development, expands the training of permanent party, and enables greater collaboration with agencies and policy makers. These capabilities will accelerate the development of military and civilian technologies, products, and systems that meet the rapidly changing security needs of citizens, institutions and cities. Our strategy consulting work brings together both the physical and socio-demographic components of a campus to bring better opportunities to all.
