We were commissioned by the City’s Planning Department to develop an integrated Climate Action and Adaptation Plan which focuses on reducing communitywide greenhouse (GHG) emission and helping the city adapt to inevitable climate change impacts. An outcome of this plan will be a roadmap that functions as more than a required regulatory document. It will be a plan that can easily be implemented. Rather than focusing exclusively on obligation or costs, it will identify opportunities for economic and social gain through proposed mitigation and adaptation strategies.
