Reimagining what’s possible

Whether it’s delivering low carbon infrastructure whilst increasing resilience, unlocking investment for flood risk management to enhance the wellbeing of communities and local economies or developing the latest industry guidance on coastal modelling to help address the climate emergency – we bring the best minds together to solve our clients’ biggest challenges.

Combining our global expertise with local knowledge, we’re collaborating with the UK government, local authorities and water companies to deliver schemes that empower communities and build resilience.

There’s more to us than you might think

With a global team of over 7,000 water professionals, of which 800 are in the UK, we provide specialist and often unique capabilities to create the innovative solutions required to tackle flooding and coastal erosion. We are the first U.S.-based company in the engineering and construction sector to set officially validated science-based targets (SBTs) for greenhouse gas emission reduction.

    • We're different

From finding new ways to use SuDS to decarbonise developments, to creating new tools to help local authorities build the case for flood risk management investment, we work collaboratively to solve the industry’s most complex challenges.
