Project Description: AECOM is currently providing programme, project and commercial management services on the Environment Agency’s Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire (LAN) Capital and Revenue Programme. This programme consists of over 100 capital projects in recoveries, flood and coastal risk management and navigation. Projects, which range in value from £500,000 to over £50million are located over a large geographical location, which involves careful management of multiple complex stakeholders and interested parties.
Added value: Providing a range of tailored services, including project management, cost management and stakeholder engagement, AECOM collaborates with the Environment Agency and their Delivery Partners involved to deliver works within the programme safely, efficiently and in compliance with the Environment Agency’s procedures, whilst offering innovative approaches to issues commonly faced.
