The objective of this project was to provide User Experience (UX) Design for delivery of the Environment Agency's digital workspaces using Microsoft Office 365. Through a series of design workshops with key client stakeholders, using steering groups and end user communities, the aim was to define the best approach to the User Experience in the development of the solution.
Work done and value provided:
To support user engagement and business change management, both lo-fidelity and hi-fidelity prototyping were delivered. The Environment Agency were supported in their digital transformation through adoption of new digital platforms and maximising the adoption of the platforms through high quality user experience design. The activities were based upon sprints, which apply design thinking to reduce risk when introducing a new product. Aftercare for the UX clients is ensured and all design assumptions must be achieved - after the implementation of the product - verified by UX designers.
