How do we best demonstrate the social value we've created for communities so far against longer-term targets?
"The key here is developing an evaluation framework that can demonstrate how headline aspirations and long-term objectives e.g. 2030, 2040, can be achieved through shorter-term activity and targets. A data led approach with a robust, bespoke measurement tool to track social value activity is essential to determine how effectively your social policies and procedures are producing inputs and outputs that will deliver on your desired long-term outcomes and impacts.
A framework for disclosures and engagement enables a strong, visually engaging ESG and Social Impact report to be presented to investors and funders. Investors will then be able to identify best practice through valuable data and insights on underserved communities and how investment and developments have created positive outcomes that address local challenges. A social license to operate is gained by being open and transparent with the community."
